On the right, there's a link to the Westchester Library System's new catalog called Enterprise. Patrons can "Like" the library system on FaceBook and follow tweets. You can search ebooks, and eaudiobooks. You can choose your own login. You can set the library you want your holds sent to once and never have to worry about which library you sent your books to this time. You can save lists of material you're interested in. You can even see the stuff you checked out for a year before it's purged from your record. Go ahead, play with it!
If you're not impressed, the old catalog, now called the "Classic Catalog," is still available through the Westchester Library webpage: http://www.westchesterlibraries.org/ It's on the bottom of the links on the left-hand side of the page.
The library system now subscribes to Freegal: https://yorktownlibrary.freegalmusic.com/users/sdlogin
AND Freading: http://yorktownlibrary.freading.com/index Check them out too. What do you think of all these improvements?
