Summer Craft Programs!

Wednesday, May 23 at 6:30 PM Paper Arts & Mixed Media – Collaged Night Lights - Illuminate Your Art! Led by Sharon Kullberg, use photographs and/or images to decorate a night light shade and see your artwork glow. For Adults & Teens, program limited to 25 participants.

Wednesday, June 13 at 6:00 PM Earring Making Workshop Make earrings for yourself and for a Battered Women’s Shelter. Optional: Bring any old bead jewelry that you can recycle into earrings! If you have any jewelry making tools, bring them along too. For Adults & Teens, program limited to 30 participants.

Wednesday, June 27 at 6:30 PM Paper Arts & Mixed Media: Altered Book Box Led by Sharon Kullberg. Creat a lovely memory box or picture frame from an altered board book. Learn more altered book techniques.

Wednesday July 11 at 6:30 PM: Paper Arts & Mixed Media: Waterfall Cards Led by Lavinia Wiggins. A Waterfall card is a fun moveable card. Four decorated squares are mounted on a sliding strip. When the tab is pulled they cascade like a waterfall.

Wednesday, July 25 at 6:00 PM Earring Making Workshop Make earrings for yourself and for a Battered Women’s Shelter. Optional: Bring any old bead jewelry that you can recycle into earrings! If you have any jewelry making tools, bring them along too. For Adults & Teens, program limited to 30 participants.

Wednesday, August 8 at 6:30 PM Paper Arts & Mixed Media: Paste Paper Backgrounds Led by Lavinia Wiggins. Paste paper is one of the oldest decorated papers used by bookbinders, but the decorated paper can be used in a variety of crafts (collage, card making, artwork etc.). We will create several sheets of paste papers and learn to make a super simple, no sew book. Save money, don’t buy the packages of patterned paper, create your own!
